43 *~*Be Healthy & Fit By Exercising Regularly*~*


In high school, I ran all the time from being on the track team. I was also insanely flexible from dancing. I was extremely active until I graduated. I'm sad I can't run as far as I used to and I'm also sad that I'm totally incapable of doing the splits either. I can tell a difference in my body comparing how I felt then and now and I don't feel as healthy. 

I need to get on a regular exercise schedule and I want to get back to the health I used to have.
