As many times as I've tried to go vegetarian, I don't stick with it for very long. I think my metabolism might be a little too fast for vegetarianism. I have to eat constantly on a meatless diet and there are times when eating 5-8 larger meals a day isn't enough and I need more food. Maybe I will have to wait until my metabolism slows down. I have to eat at least 5 times a day on a diet including meat and dairy.
I have been eating a lot healthier lately, so I'm hoping to keep that up. I don't eat as much fast food and I stay away from red meat and pork (then again, I've never really liked pork). I already feel a difference in my overall health.
